I called Mike about a seatbelt issue I was having in my F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but wa F-150. He didn't put me on a wait list, just said bring it in so he could look at it and troubleshoot a few things. Ended up needing a part, but was nice not to be put a queue and get eyes on the issue right away. He also took the time to look over my warranty and protection plans so that he was sure I was not overcharged for anything I was having done. Overall great experience. More

Our scheduled appointment for an oil change turned out very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. When Caitlin checked us in, she asked very very well partly because partly because of the very positive welcoming ways of the people we dealt with. The service manager, Michael Myette, was very friendly and and he was more than willing to help with any questions or concerns we had about our car. We appreciate that he let us know about an important repair that we need fairly soon, and he did all that he could to schedule it conveniently for us. More
