Rough start but I left with a new Nissan! I was in the market for a new car and after doing a Truecar value online I was contacted by Kathy. I only stopped in after her endless emails, calls and text but when I arrived she was unavailable. She actually never checked in on me the entire time I was there from 11 am till sometime after 3 pm however she did send a sad follow up text on Monday after a sale was made. I was told she is with the online sales team and she doesn't do direct sales. The old bait and switch game still worked but it's a unprofessional look. This practice should be addressed and corrected because if Rich was not available I would have left. I was only willing to work with Rich after Kathy's stunt. This is my 3rd car with Kelly Nissan and I have worked with him in the past. Since I was aggravated I knew I would only be happy with Rich's top level customer service. Without fail Rich got me a great deal and he took fantastic care of every little detail until I was in my car heading home. I do have to come back to have my new car worked on since there is a plastic piece cracked by the gear shift but again Rich was able to help me with everything. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. Bottom line skip Kathy go see Rich!!! More

Did not expect to drive off the lot in a beautiful new car I walked into Kelly Nissan just looking, to test drive an Altima. John got me into a 2017 and it was a beautiful car, and nicely loaded. He let me take it for a test drive and took the time to actually talk to you about the car and all it's features! John was working g at another location (Emmaus I think) and came over to the Kelly by 33, I could not believe the service!!! Though I was very worried about financing, their finance agents Mike we're actually able to work with me with rebates and rates and do and behold I could being the car home! I still am in shock, it's like a dream! Zach was AMAZING and showed nome how to use all the new features of my car! It overall was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend anyone checking out Kelly Nissan!!! More

Checked against Autotrader.com, prices were well within fair market value. My Sentra looks and feels brand new-most importantly, I can trust my car again. More
