Excellent Service! I drove into the service drive and was greeted by the sweetest man. He asked for all necessary documentation in order to prepare the service advisors I drove into the service drive and was greeted by the sweetest man. He asked for all necessary documentation in order to prepare the service advisors and myself for my inspection. Awesome start! My service advisor, Michael Royer, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He listened to the issues I had with another smaller shop (whom tried to tell me I needed $650 worth of repairs and labor) and reassured me that they would perform the inspection and let me know what they find. Fast forward an hour later - not only did my vehicle pass inspection (and I didn't have to pay $650 to a different shop), I also did not get charged for the services performed since I have a Nissan (inspection was free)! I usually don't participate in surveys, but this is the second time I have been to this dealership and I always leave with a smile on my face. I will be back! Thank you for your service! More
