Service with a smile I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I I was fustrated with the Nissan service in Bridgewater. I tried over a week to schedule a service with them. They were too busy to speak with me, so I left a message and they failed to return my call. I callled back a few days later and the woman said ‘oh, they are busy’ and put me on hold. I waited 20 minutes and then hung up. I called Kelly Service and the phone was answered immediately. I was sent over to Service and the rep that made my appointment made me feel wanted as a customer. I scheduled my appointment for this morning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I was in and out in just over an hour. The waiting room was comfortable. I will be back for my next service! Kelly hires talented folks who are willing to work with you and meet your needs. This was my first time working with Matt C - Shopping for a car can be worse than a house, but not with Matt. His sense of humor made this process easy. He was committed to keeping us on a quick schedule and negotiated within reason. I will come back to work with Matt again for sure and have told many others about him. While this experience was to turn in a lease and get a new car - the service team must be mentioned. Larry is the best - he's accountable, calls when he says he will and works hard to meet your needs. Keep up the good work Kelly - its all about having the right people, and you have a great team!! Amazing experience I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Kelly Nissan a couple of months ago, and I recently noticed a small issue with the tires on the car.
