Not only did she help me get the car I truly desired but she was honest every step of the way. I so appreciate honesty!! She answered the million questions I had and when I decided to go forward she came in to work even though it was her night off to personally deliver the car. She really went to bat for me during the whole process. The whole dealership was pleasant and everyone took time to talk to me about my new vehicle. It's been about a week since I picked up my car and Maureen and I still communicate. Although I plan on keeping my new Murano Cross-cabriolet for a long time because I love it so much, I know thanks to Maureen this will be my first of many Nissans. Excellent Experience at Kelly Nissan When I left my house on the morning of May 31st, 2014, I had all intentions of buying a Volkswagen Passat from Young's VW in Easton. It was my 60th Bi When I left my house on the morning of May 31st, 2014, I had all intentions of buying a Volkswagen Passat from Young's VW in Easton. It was my 60th Birthday and the Passat was going to be my gift to myself. My husband suggested we take a look at the Altimas and give one a test drive. Jarred Seas greeted us at the door, showed us what was available in the Altimas, and we took a short drive in a white SE. Nice car, but I had an appointment with a salesman from Young's VW, so we had to leave...telling Jarred we might be back. I really didn't expect to return. After spending several hours at the Young dealership and taking a second test drive in a Passat, I started having second thoughts. We went away for lunch to decide which Passat to buy...the gas powered or diesel? After lunch, we decided to go back to Kelly Nissan to take one last look at the Altima. Although Jarred was busy with other clients, he took the time to get us a set of keys for another test drive in the Altima. When we got back to the dealership, we noticed a flashy red Altima SV in the showroom. It was love at first sight!! I decided then and there that I wanted the red Altima!! Jarred was so busy, yet kept coming back to us and started the set up for purchase. We found the Altima to be much more comfortable than the Passat. The seats and steering impressed me the most. It has such a classy look and was cheaper than the VW Passat. Everyone at the Kelly dealership was very friendly and accommodating. Jarred was knowledgeable and patient. John Arena, the finance guy was incredibly good at explaining the financial side of the deal. The entire transaction was quick and painless. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan and my husband and I look forward to dealing with them for a long time. More

Kathy called and kept me u We lost our Saturn in a hailstorm, and sought to replace it. I read about the car at Kelly Nissan from the website CarCuru. Kathy called and kept me up to date with the progress of the used Saturn that the dealership had and that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. It was a bit delayed in getting it ready and inspected. When Kathy called several days later, we had the insurance money and so were prepared to buy it. We set up the day and time to make the trip from Reading to Easton. We were greeted right away, even before we entered the building, and they called Mohammed out of his training session to be our salesman. He was very friendly and helpful, even getting me a bottled water. He took us to see the Saturn, and it was still being cleaned. It ended up being very clean inside and out and quite shiny. We did some paperwork while waiting to test drive the car. Any time we had questions, Mohammed found out the answers for us. We had plenty of time to chat, and Mohammed was a very congenial and attentive conversationalist. I wish him every success at being a car salesman and in life. Both my son and I drove the car, and really liked how it handled, and how quiet and smooth the engine was. Despite the back gate not opening, we decided to buy it. The price went a bit too high for our combined family resources, since it was more money than the insurance money gave us for our totaled Saturn. The manager brought down the price so that we could buy it, for which we were grateful. The finance manager did attempt to get us some financing, an effort which we appreciated, though it was not successful. Mohammed called the next day to ask about how we liked the car. It was as positive experience as possible buying our new used Saturn at Kelly Nissan. More

New, Used Car When I first walked into the door at dealership, Lisa greeted with me a lot of enthusiasm and seemed very upbeat. Although I was really interested in a Kia Forte Koup and was stuck on that, once Lisa got the feel for what kind of car I wanted, she gave me a test ride in the Toyota Corolla I have now and I feel in love. Lisa took the time to get to actually know me, which made me more comfortable and allowed me to follow her recommendation for the car. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours, which was pretty fast to me. I was late on a Thursday night, Friday morning I came to finalize the paper work and walked out; it was very impressive and unlike any other dealer I had been to throughout my search for a car. More
