Also, the car was very affordable and was in great condition for being 14 years old. Zack answered a couple questions I had, he also set up an appointment for a test ride, just hours after chatting with him. Upon arrival @ Kelly, I was met by 'Oscar Santiago' a very friendly and professional sales representative. We chatted ref my vehicle tradein, looked @ the advertised Hummer. I had a few questions, all were answered thoroughly. Most importantly (to me), Oscar did not at any time try to sway my opinion or force a sale. When the time came to talk numbers, again, done very professionally-There were not countless trips back and forth to 'check with manager', which I despise! We closed the deal, sold! While waiting for Hummer to be delivered, Oscar continually kept me updated as per the status.
