Al Uber should be fired. I leased a vehicle through Ally Financial. I did the 3 years and my return date was 5/17/26, which was a Sunday. Called the dealership spoke to Paula I leased a vehicle through Ally Financial. I did the 3 years and my return date was 5/17/26, which was a Sunday. Called the dealership spoke to Paula to see if I can turn it in before 5/17/26 to not get penalized for late return. Paula set an appointment for 5/15/26. Turned it in met with Dino did the odemeter statement and went on about my day. On June 19th Ally sent me a bill for $961 for returning the vehicle 8days late plus the disposition fee of $395. I call Ally, come to find out AL UBER a finance manager, sent them an email stating that I returned the vehicle on 6/1/26! When I go in to find out why, he’s on vacation and not one person can find my return date or provide me with proof I returned it on 5/15/26! Now I get stuck with this bill? xxxx no! He needs to be fired! This is not accurate information and for him to send them false information is absolutely ridiculous! It is now July and I’m still trying to dispute the late fee charges with Ally because of Al! Do not recommend this place! More
