Wasted my time with an appointment that i had scheduled on line for a F350, received several reminders for the appointment for my F350, arrived with my F350 and was told that a F350 is a big truck and that on line for a F350, received several reminders for the appointment for my F350, arrived with my F350 and was told that a F350 is a big truck and that they could not honor my appointment, i would have to schedule another appointment with the big truck center in the back, which they were scheduling a week and a half out. Made my appointment had the service done, they let me take a loaner which i maybe drove 17 miles in a truck that claims 20, got a $9.75 bill for gas., which ordinarily would not bother me as much if they didnt first waste my time and fuel for the first appointment they could not honor. There is more to this than just that there is a few things that occured that were very unprofessional. More
