Danny met me outside and patiently went through all of the features of one van that caught my eye. Patiently is an understatement being that my attention was divided between him, the car, two children, and texts from my husband about our serviced vehicle. He even re-explained everything about the car to my husband when he arrived. Through the negotiating and purchasing process, Danny was never pushy or condescending and I really felt like he had our best interests in mind the whole time. Because this was not a planned purchase for the time, I had nothing to entertain the kids with. Danny even helped set up snack and coloring for my kids along with the help of another coworker! Best experience Shopping for a brand new car after 20 something yrs is stressful. We were dreading having to deal with pushy sales people, paperwork and all that come Shopping for a brand new car after 20 something yrs is stressful. We were dreading having to deal with pushy sales people, paperwork and all that comes with a car purchase. Kemmarie was waiting outside and we thought oh no, here we go. We were wrong. She was very courteous, polite and genuine. She answered all our questions. Explained the difference between models, left the choice up to us, the customers. We had stopped at another Ford dealer, they had no models for us to look at, the sales person new little about the model we were looking for, gave us incorrect information and told us to come back when the person who handles the sale of that model is there. Waste of time. Kemmarie went over the whole vehicle with us, explained everything to us. We asked her about the incentives the person at the other dealer had told us. She basically said that those didn't apply to this, but checked to make sure. After she confirmed the info was incorrect, she and the manager explained the different incentives that applied to this vehicle. She was great to work with, really knowledgeable about all our inquiries. She treated us like friends and make our experience the best we've ever had. All sales people should take lessons from her. I can't say enough good things about her. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new Ford to check out Ganley and ask specifically for her. As for the other people we dealt with throughout the process, everyone was great, friendly, courteous. More
