I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle in the same month from this dealership and this experience was just as excellent as the first. I worked with the same salesman (Mike L) and sales manager (Matt P) but from this dealership and this experience was just as excellent as the first. I worked with the same salesman (Mike L) and sales manager (Matt P) but had the pleasure of working with a different team member in finance (Nick) this time around. Nick was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We had a great conversation and before I knew it I was driving away in my new beautiful vehicle! Mike and Matt make an incredible team and the entire staff at this location are great. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

Salesperson was unprofessional, concerned about vaping while outside having discussion. Can it really not wait? Ceramic coating is a scam, the dealership would be better off not trying to capture extra while outside having discussion. Can it really not wait? The product requires paint correction for proper bonding, protection, and maintenance of a pristine surface. I was informed that paint correction is not performed on new vehicles once pointing out haze and water etching that was trapped underneath coating. I do appreciate the refund upon sharing my concern, but this was only after explaining the problem at length. I would not recommend the dealership or plan to purchase another vehicle from Ken Ganley Ford in the future. More
