Made an appt. to get my 2018 Forester detailed with a special request to have rail dust stains removed from the paint, for which I offered to pay extra. I contacted Craig the next day and he asked me to bring the car back so they could make it right. Phil was the tech to work on my car the second time and he did a fabulous job.
