I keep going back to Ken Garff even for dumb, easy DIY servicing stuff like oil changes, mainly due to the great service I get there. For my time and effort to do it myself, Garff gets my car in right at servicing stuff like oil changes, mainly due to the great service I get there. For my time and effort to do it myself, Garff gets my car in right at the appointment time and gets me back out quickly. They have a nice waiting area. They keep you updated on any issues or delays. The prices are reasonable for the service. And most of all, I feel like they are honest and fair. VERY good shop. More

I've worked closely with the service department for some years and I've generally been satisfied with the service team. Most recently I was not completely satisfied with the level of communication or the fa years and I've generally been satisfied with the service team. Which was not convenient and I was somewhat irritated. Rick immediately reached out in regards to my concerns. Not just to discuss my concerns but to have everything squared away with as little complication or inconvenience as possible. We were able to get everything sorted out. Frank Perez, my service advisor was direct and professional when addressing my concerns and explaining all labor and costs in detail. They won my trust and my business back. Complaints are scarcely acknowledged or made right, especially today. So I am grateful for the honesty and sincerity of the staff. I would rate the level of customer service demonstrated by Frank and Rick as well above average. Thanks for listening and for choosing to make things right. More
