Update to original review..... If I could give zero stars I would!! We purchased our new Honda on Saturday, and the parts department was closed and unable to get the additional accessories we wanted. The fol I would!! We purchased our new Honda on Saturday, and the parts department was closed and unable to get the additional accessories we wanted. The following week we went back the following Saturday to pick up our accessories, after being called earlier in the week that they were ready to be picked up. I get there and there are only 2 of the 3 items we had ordered. I asked what about the rear floor mat. I was told I didn’t order it. I said yes I did. Tyler then states he can’t find all the original paperwork it was in another building. The he says you didn’t pay for it, and of course the contact don’t have items itemized because if they were all of this could have been avoided, however it only lists “accessories”. Tyler says that he will pull the original paperwork. Right there it is listed, but he say it is not highlighted so you didn’t get it. It is very convenient that it is not highlighted, of course the highlight ink more than likely was just put the today a week later. I am also told i would not be getting it, unless I buy it again. Now I truly feel that I was taken advantage of, I recommend that everyone not to purchase anything here, or you will be feeling cheated just like I do. More
