Went in for an oil change, recall, brake pads and a trim piece placed back on door. Was told the brakes would take a half a day- that’s ridiculous I’ll go to jiffy lube and be done in an hour. Recall was go piece placed back on door. Was told the brakes would take a half a day- that’s ridiculous I’ll go to jiffy lube and be done in an hour. Recall was going to take a half a day was not informed this prior to appointment . Oil change was done. I told tech that the trim piece was on my passenger seat that needed to be put back in door. When I got back in my car lo and behold it was still in my passenger seat. I did not go back in because I was tired of being there. Will only go back here to finish my care advantage package or if it’s the only option. More
