We purchased and serviced our Honda from Ken Garff for several years before moving south. Because we always received great customer service and developed a trust with their employees, we continued to driv several years before moving south. Because we always received great customer service and developed a trust with their employees, we continued to drive an hour to Riverdale for the more detailed and specialized tune ups and repairs. This time was different. I had an appointment but was still asked to wait over an hour for someone to even look at the issue. The place was packed with cars and customers. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes, I learned that I would need to bring my vehicle back another day. Dino was the young man providing the bad news, and he knew they had not provided the quality care and service I expected. He went out of his way to make it up to me and validated my trust in their company. This place is so worth it! More
