Kyle and Frank performed the assessment quickly and fixed the immediate problem swiftly. My brakes are working good. There were other items that they recommended should be done, unfortunately we have to wait the immediate problem swiftly. My brakes are working good. There were other items that they recommended should be done, unfortunately we have to wait and knock them out one at a time. Simply just because other expenses were piling up and appreciate the willingness to work on what could be done at this time. Kyle was cool to work with so I definitely will be back to catch up on some of the other items. Good service! More

The service writer tried to force an unnecessary rear end alignment on my wife by refusing to rotate our tires unless she agreed to the alignment. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of her because alignment on my wife by refusing to rotate our tires unless she agreed to the alignment. I feel that he was trying to take advantage of her because she didn't know any better. Tires were rotated at Big O with no concern about the alignment. This just caused me extra time and nuisance.
