The testing for the recall was fine but at that time I found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. I am very dissatisfied that the technician was found out that previous service from a month prior was signed off by a technician but never completed. I am very dissatisfied that the technician was not truthful and I wonder what else was not done during that time. More

Husband bought bumper to bumper coverage. When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. Dropped off at night next morning was called to be told it would Cost When I brought car in for Tim repair. Was told was covered at time of booking. Dropped off at night next morning was called to be told it would Cost over $350 per rim would not be covered. The reason husband bought rim and tire package as well, completely bummed not being truthful// blamed it on “denial of insurance” since it wasn’t cracked.. should of led with that at time of sales .. The vehicle turned out that amount of time it had to spend there shorter because he had changed. How did the evaluation for the recall for the cell house and they got me a lift to work and a lift back t spend there shorter because he had changed.
