Went to the dealership to drop off my hu The right salesperson will make or break a deal and Nelson is probably the best salesperson I've encountered. Went to the dealership to drop off my husband's car for an oil change but I wanted to check out the Telluride just to see it. Nelson was absolutely no pressure about anything. Never seemed to be hovering or constantly talking like some salespeople do, just was very relaxed and let us do our thing. He asked if we wanted to test drive it, I said no, he didn't keep asking us about it. We kept looking at the car and I eventually decided I wanted to test drive it. Every step of the process, never felt pressure from Nelson or anyone else there. They worked with us on financing and were great at running various financing scenarios. No pressure from them when we said we wanted to go get lunch and think it over. They let us take the car out to lunch. In the end, it ended up being a very expensive oil change but I am in love with my new car! I can say that a critical factor in our purchase was Nelson and how he worked with us. If you need a new car and hate the pushy/ overbearing salespeople, I highly recommend Nelson at Kia. And the Telluride is without doubt an amazing, decked out suv. More
