Joe Hilliard called and let us know that the tires we needed on our Grand Cherokee were available and we made an appointment to replace our old worn out Michelin’s with Goodyear Wranglers and he noted th needed on our Grand Cherokee were available and we made an appointment to replace our old worn out Michelin’s with Goodyear Wranglers and he noted that we could also use an oil change and a new filter …. 7000 miles had moved up on us quickly! I cannot say enough about Greg and the whole Klaben team. With the current state of the market, we had been looking for a vehicle for literally months. This was the third visit for the same issue, which I was told in the end couldn't be fixed. My car spent a significant amount of time in service, and came out with the same issue. I was especially frustrate told in the end couldn't be fixed. My car spent a significant amount of time in service, and came out with the same issue. I was especially frustrated that I was told a couple times that a leak in my vehicle was "normal" and that it was replicated on the same year and model. That doesn't help my situation. If there is soap and water getting into the back doors of my car every time it gets wet, that is anything but normal. The manager was nice though, and even gave me an additional warranty for any future paint or dent issues. Going back to the first visit, my Jeep was supposed to get an oil change. No idea if that actually happened because I'm still getting a message stating that I'm due for an oil change. More
