I leased a brand new Ram and after 2 weeks it broke down in the middle of the road. I took it to the service department and have been told I have to wait almost a month to get it back! I expressed how unhap in the middle of the road. I took it to the service department and have been told I have to wait almost a month to get it back! I expressed how unhappy I was and they gave me a customer care number to call but no one is helping the issue. My buying experience was great and I was provided a rental car while I am waiting but that still doesnt change the fact that I purchased a brand new truck and it broke down after 2 weeks! I am still responsible for the payment on the truck even though I currently do not have it in my possession and I have no confidence that once I get it back something else wont go wrong with it. I should have been given a new truck to replace the broken down one they sold me! More
