Dylan was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have always been leary of car dealerships to fix vehicles however Klaben Ford and Dylan changed my opinion. Dylan was very professional and I did not feel like I was getting ripped off. Their price was very competitive to where I normally go plus as a plus Klanen comes to your location (if possible) to work on car. This was very convenient as I did not have to leave my house while my oil 2as changed and transmission issue addressed. Highly recommend More

I was in from out of town and there were able to get me in for service very quickly. I also saved over $250 by having my service done over 500 miles from home. Nikki was so pleasant to speak to, almost uplifting and so positive. She was actually excited to let me know that the mechanics found the problem with our Town and Country and in addition that they had not so positive.
