We purchased our 2023 Wrangler 4xe from Klaben in October, 2022. We had looked a a vehicle similar to what we wanted at another dealership, but couldn't make a deal on that. Went to Klaben and met with Carl Esker who appraised our trade and negotiated an excellent deal on a custom-ordered Wrangler. He placed the order and we had the new vehicle in less than a month. Carl kept us informed the entire time from the time a VIN was assigned, production started and when it would be delivered. Carl was very knowledgeable about the industry and especially the vehicle. Delivery was a very easy and smooth process and Carl explained all the features in detail. The paperwork process was incredibly simple and the finance officer was professional and there were no "tricks" attempted. We paid exactly what was negotiated, they gave a fair amount for our trade and there were no overpriced add-ons attempted. The entire experience was smooth and professional. I've bought several cars over the years and I think this was by far the best purchase process I've ever had. Carl Esker was excellent at every step of the way from the very first phone call through delivery. All contact was him was positive and he built the excitement along the way. He even sent me pictures as soon as our car arrived at the dealership even though it was not ready for pickup until the next day. I would definitely return to Klaben in the future. More
