First time Jeep owner and of course spoke to Lo including the staff at Klaben Lincoln Ford where my loyalty has been for years (Louis and Gus Polos). First time Jeep owner and of course spoke to Louis again he got it ordered and seamlessly delivered every detail. Gus is an excellent concierge and technology support guy. my jeep came out of service with not a spec on it on delivery. Im amazing at how they really roll out the red carpet at Klaben. More

Our salesperson, Gina, was very thorough and showed me a few cars that we test drove. it was quite hot that day and Gina had some cold water for me. I really appreciated the time that she spent explaining a few cars that we test drove. it was quite hot that day and Gina had some cold water for me. I chose the 2018 Dodge Charger and it’s been running great except for a minor problem with the wipers which is being addressed by the service department. More
