It is easy to feel your frustration through your comments and I empathize with your position. Having a new vehicle that does not meet your expectations is truly an aggravation and disappointment. We must rely on the manufacturer as one of those resources and adhere to their guidance. So when the manufacturer tags a concern as a characteristic of the vehicle and considers it normal operation, we, as a franchisee, are bound to that decision. Just because you cant figure out what the problem and a glorified tech says its within spec, doesn't make it right. To have a vehicle that shakes your legs and the passenger seat at certain speeds and then be told all vehicles with hemis do that is unacceptable. Do better!!! Your customers deserve better!!! Your vehicles aren't cheap but apparently that doesnt matter.

For us to have put you in a position to be so completely dissatisfied is truly unacceptable, and there are no excuses for it. We should have done better. We have processes in place as well as trained and caring team members that should have prevented this situation. We ask for feedback through the many different venues that you have utilized because we want to hear that honest feedback, such as yours, that tells us how we are doing at meeting and preferably exceeding the expectations of our customers. Your comments will be shared with our entire team as we work to identify those process failures that led to your experience.
