Great experience purchasing my used 2018 CRV from Klaben. They went out of there way to make it a positive and rewarding experience. Kim Rafferty was AMAZING. She went overboard to keep me updated and to expedite the return of my car. Highly recommend her! The only thing I didn’t like was while waiting for my radio to come in it was par updated and to expedite the return of my car. Highly recommend her! The only thing I didn’t like was while waiting for my radio to come in it was parked under a tree and was covered in bird poop when I picked it up. Was not Kim’s fault tho More
