First impression was not good I walked around looking at cars then went in to see a salesman , looked at a few cars in the showroom and no one acknow First impression was not good I walked around looking at cars then went in to see a salesman , looked at a few cars in the showroom and no one acknowledged me so I was going to go to another dealer when a young man walking across the lot asked if I needed help finding something. I was going to leave since I spent enough time for nothing but I'm glad I stayed we talked and he helped me decide on the model that was best for me and then we found out they didn't have the color in that model so he and the mgr worked it out and gave me a good price on a better car.. Noah was a joy to deal wiheyth as was kim who took all my money .. I will surely buy another car from Noah when it's time !! More

To be brief the first car I bought was from Klaben Motor Sales in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio , I paid the car off and was looking for something newer when I called the Klaben Financial Team they recommended I call and talk to Don Jospeh (which was another great experience) they had an awesome deal at the time that I couldn't pass on so I bought the new vehicle fast forward about 3 years I made a mistake and went to another dealership and bought a vehicle thinking I was making a good decision, wrong I ended up hating the vehicle and I turned to the Klabens once again who took care of me for the 3rd time. so if your in line for a new vehicle please dont waste your time anywhere else and just go see Don Joseph and the Klaben family.
