I have no doubt there are many great team members of the KLABEN business. I basically began buying used cars at Klaben Ford in the mid to late nineties, into leasing my first new car! Then second and third new car lease. The fourth lease was with another company, and it was a nightmare! While browsing for my next car.....Nick Schrader called me. I wanted to hang up the phone, I was just BROWSING! But something about him that intrigued me, made me want to come back 'home' to Klaben! He assured me that I would have an opportunity to meet the President of Klaben. Yeah right. I'm going on vacation.....call me when I return, I said. Sure enough, true to his word, he called! I met Mr. Klablen! Really?! Mr. Schrader, you made the impossible, possible! Mr. Klaben and I spoke for the longest. Before I could fully gather my thoughts and concerns, all questions and concerns were addressed. To make a long story longer (smile), within about three hours I was leasing my third Lincoln 2017 MKZ! Off the showroom floor!!!Mr. Klaben, it was my pleasure and honor to speak with you! Mr. Schrader. if you hadn't been so respectful, kind and had an answer for my questions, I wouldn't have been in this stunning MKZ! For the record, this is my THIRD NEW MKZ! Roadside Assistance by Phone/Overnight Service While driving, my Edge stopped responding to the gas pedal. I pulled over to the curb and called my salesman Doug Carter who immediately answered my c While driving, my Edge stopped responding to the gas pedal. I pulled over to the curb and called my salesman Doug Carter who immediately answered my call and involved my service associate Kim Wolfram. Their first question was if I was in a "safe situation" to determine if I should utilize my "roadside assistance" and get towed to the dealership. Luckily, I was on a residential side street without much traffic. Kim asked me a few questions to diagnose the situation and then suggested turning off the vehicle and then restarting (ever have to do this with your computer)? This procedure worked and I was able to get to Klaben @ about 4pm. Much to my surprise, Kim called the next morning @ 7:30am to let me know the problem (throttle body) had been fixed, the car was being washed (complimentary), and I could pick the Edge up, and still get to work on time. I even had time for coffee and a donut in the service waiting lounge. (Stuck a breakfast bar in my pocket for later!) Thank you Kim and Doug! I can always count on you! More
