Another Great Experience As usual, Kim Wolfram had my F150 in and out in short order. Everything was done as needed including replacing a latch cover in the truck bed liner. As usual, Kim Wolfram had my F150 in and out in short order. Everything was done as needed including replacing a latch cover in the truck bed liner. Admittedly, the traditional oil change express places will get you in and out quicker, but those places do not check over nearly as much as Klaben Ford Service does. I have three kids in that truck a lot; I'm not leaving the servicing of my truck to just anyone. Will be back again. More

They handled almost everything for me and made the transition from dropping my car off to getting the rental, and then back to my car incredibly smooth. Nick went through everything clearly and made sure I knew how the process would go. He kept in communication with me and my car was done a day earlier than expected. I never felt pressured into spending more money or talked down to (which has happened at other {non-Klaben} repair shops). The paint job is near flawless. Overall a very wonderful experience despite having a damaged car. More
