New Escape Purchase We were looking for either a new car or newer, low mileage used car, but we had some specific options and other things we were looking for. We had done the typical on line research, visited a few other dealers as we were not committed to the exact manufacturer, and then stopped at Klaben. Timing was everything regarding the vehicle that very recently came to them as a leased vehicle that was turned in and was not even "in the system". Matt Moyers greeted us very professionally & proceeded to help us through the process. He explained things very well, looked into some deal points to make it a better deal for us, and completed the transaction without issue. The car was cleaned wonderfully, the finance process went easily and Matt spent more time than I ever expected in explaining the options and fun part of our new car to my wife as she is the primary driver of this vehicle.
