Super I have searching for a dealership since moving back to northeast Ohio. I lived in South Carolina for 5 years and was lucky enough to have a great dealership in our small town.Your dealership is customer oriented with reasonable priced service and friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely be back for service and purchase of my next car. I am a Ford retiree and can go anywhere to buy a car and so a good dealership is foremost in my mind.Keep doing what your doing you got it right. More

Extremely disappointed I was never informed they could not take my drums off to check them! When I left the car started making a grinding noise from the back so I had to go I was never informed they could not take my drums off to check them! When I left the car started making a grinding noise from the back so I had to go back to the store. When I returned to the store they took the car back and 4 people came over and pounded on the car and could not get the drums off. That's when I was informed they could not take them off in the first place. They then tried to put bolts into the drums and could not get them off. When they were taking them out they broke one and then cut it off and never told me about that either. When I asked them about it and what they were going to do about it they said it would be okay!! They should have done something to take care of the extra things they broke off in my car !! More
