I couldn't believe how easy it was since my last experience at another dealership was the typical sit and wait for hours with not a lot of enthusiasm from the salesman. This was 100% opposite all around! Brandon was also very knowledgable about cars and their technology too, he took the time to show me everything I could do which was great for me as this was my first new vehicle. More

Calling to make sure it was still on the lot, I found myself in the capable hands of Tim Sterling. When I went to the lot, I asked for Tim. This guy is personable, polite, courteous, knowledgeable and just an all around great dealership representative. He took his time, answered all my questions and was very diligent in making sure he covered everything. He was incredibly thorough. I have had many new cars but never had a company rep proceed with such care to make sure every detail was covered. If you're going to go to Klaben, you may want to consider asking for Tim. And btw, Klaben's website is very user friendly too. Now I'm driving a fantastic car: smaller and not a convertible I traded for it. My previous car was my baby and I took excellent care of it. I feel guilty to say I don't miss it. My new car is a total joy and pleasure to drive. More

Great experience After purchasing the car I thought it wasn't the car for me. Mr Klaben and Roscoe Woodberry, my salesman, explained to me that it wasn't a problem and it was replaced with a better vehicle and a cheeper price for my trouble.
