I actually set the entire deal up over the phone and two days later came in and the car was fueled up ready to go for a quick test drive and just finishing up the paperwork. But beyond that, he takes the time to get to know his customers, and really cares about and loves what he does. He takes the time to make sure you know all the quirks and tricks of your new car before you leave the lot and schedules a follow up call to make sure you don't have any additional questions. Another thing that I love about the service, he calls your insurance company to make sure that all your coverage is where it needs to be. I don't think I could say enough nice things about Dan and he and the whole team at Klaben is just a joy to do business with. More

He gave me an honest evaluation of my trade, told me up front what was and was not possible, and the signing of the paperwork (handled by Christine Klaben) was fast and easy, with no added pressure to purchase all kinds of unnecessary upgrades (Note: They do offer things like gap insurance, loyalty programs for service, etc. but they are not forced on you, just mentioned and there is no uncomfortable pressure to sign up for them, etc.). I will recommend Doug Carter to family and friends any opportunity I get. More

Jeff Tetreault is my go to guy that makes purchasing a vehicle a no pressure experience for my self, friends and family that I send his way (and who have nothing but rave reviews about Klaben and Jeff). Jeff always makes sure that we get the vehicle we want...did I mention how easy the entire process was and how polite and patient "JT" is? He will go over the vehicle features,explaining any features in detail if you have any questions. I always get reminder cards about service deals and even got a personal phone call to wish me a happy birthday...that's how connected this team is. On the service side, you cant beat the customer service you get from the service team.
