In fact, I enjoyed purchasing my Explorer from Dave Mott so much 10 years ago that I went back to him again to get a brand new 2016 Explorer! Dave is such a friendly, personable guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. He takes the hassle out of car buying and makes you feel like you are just visiting with a friend. He also is very knowledgable on your vehicle you are purchasing and really takes the time to make sure you understand all of the features of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have. I traded in my used car and purchased a newer used car, however I drove I had an excellent experience at Klaben Ford with Matt Hryb and Tom Nicodemus. I traded in my used car and purchased a newer used car, however I drove some new cars before choosing. I came with an idea of what I wanted to test drive, and Matt was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the stock as, on a cold, rainy evening, I went through my lists, and compared pros and cons of the vehicles I liked. The whole process, from test driving, choosing my car, paperwork and financing, was pressure-free and positive. Klaben, as well as Matt and Tom never made me feel rushed or used any gimmicks to push me towards anything but what met my needs. And 2 weeks after the purchase, when I realized I left a disc in the disc drive, Tom helped track down my vehicle, get the disc back for me, and took the time to answer any questions I had about my new car, now that I had had time to drive it. Excellent customer service all the way around!! I highly recommend this dealership and these two salesmen. More

Buddy Moore spent a lot of time with me and after test driving the Focus, Fusi When I went into Klaben the only thing I knew was that I wanted a Ford. Buddy Moore spent a lot of time with me and after test driving the Focus, Fusion, and Escape, and going over payment options for the latter two, we found the right car; and I feel like I got an awesome deal. Also, Tom Nicodemus took over when Buddy wasn't available, working around my work schedule so I could pick up my vehicle when it was convenient for me.
