First time to your dealership and I was very happy from the initial appointment made by Mona and the way she handled the actual service on the day of my appointment. I was able to talk to your tech that did the actual work on my car, and he was very good about explaining what he had found and how he would address it. Sorry I have forgotten his name, I'm sure it will be on the work order. All in all, I plan to return in the future. More
