We could not have been happier with our experience at Klaben from the moment we started the truck buying process. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing and didn't want to keep anybody late, but the manager Doug was more than willing to at least chat with me and show me the truck. I told him we would think about it over night ND he introduced me to Tim and said he would take good care of us. That may have been an understatement. Tim was exceptional in every way. He made me feel like we had been friends from a long time ago and just got reunited. Everything was very comfortable and easy and I never felt like I was being pushed through the process or rushed. I have been taking my vehicles to be serviced at Klaben for many years as well and even stopped in to see Mike at the sercise shop to ask his advice on options and additions because I knew he would be honest and upfront. The entire team at Klaben were wonderful to work with and I will definitely referring people to them. More
