Unable to manage schedule Even though appointments must be scheduled months in advance, getting an oil change caused me to wait about 4 hours. I was told they didn't properly create the queue for the service orders. This seems like something they should do every day so it's not clear how they could mess this one up. They did not charge me for the extended wait but I'm not sure it's worth going back if they can't do their daily workflow properly. More

Great service, but long wait Everyone was very attentive. Service was outstanding. My truck is running well. Ridiculous Estimate Took my mother’s 2008 Lexus for a quick check up for her trip back to Florida. There were no issues , just wanted it looked at for the trip. The vehicle has 195k on it but has been a great car, no leaks, drives quiet and straight. Get a call from Brian that the rack and pinion was bad (said he heard it whining when she came in). Needed new power steering pump, and pan. Estimate at 3k. Needless to say I was floored, as the power steering makes no noise and the car had no leaks. We picked it up for a 2nd opinion and low and behold, the car was fine and totally road worthy. I also didn’t appreciate trying to be scared into a costly repair by saying it would be a shame if the power steering went out on the way down to Florida. Of course the car made it there just fine and intact. Used no oil or steering fluid. We have been taking our vehicles to Quick Lane for services and this was the last time. More

Good Experience Dealing with Klaben Body Shop was a pleasant experience from start to finish, from the initial estimate, getting the parts in, scheduling repairs and Dealing with Klaben Body Shop was a pleasant experience from start to finish, from the initial estimate, getting the parts in, scheduling repairs and letting me know what was going on as things progressed until the day when I got my car back. The car rental company picked me up at Klaben, and I was able to leave my rental car there when I picked up my car. Perfect relationship that made it easier for me all around. I wanted my car repaired by Klaben because this is where I bought it and I always take my car to Klaben for service. Nick was a pleasure to work with. More
