Your comments hit home and cause me to question emphatically as to how we could possibly allow this to happen. It is embarrassing and completely unacceptable. There is no excuse. We have processes in place that are designed to insure the proper flow of vehicles through the shop and this situation clearly points to a complete breakdown in those processes. We ask for feedback through many different venues and mediums as we are looking for the honest feedback, such as yours, that is a window into our world, and tells us exactly how we are doing when it comes to delivering the type of experience customers deserve and should expect. Good Afternoon, Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on your recent visit. I can see that we failed to deliver the level of service that you expect and deserve. I sincerely apologize for falling short of these expectations. No excuses! We have the right people, the right intentions and the ability to do better than this. We make every effort to stand apart in our industry, so the fact that we failed to properly communicate the fluid leak problem with your car, and caused you to feel frustrated and lose confidence in our shop, is both disappointing and unacceptable. We did clean the engine and install a UV oil leak detection dye into the systems, and although we showed your grandson the leaks we obviously weren't clear that the leaks were cleaned up to help in pinpointing the source. I'm certain that is why your 2nd opinion varied from our diagnosis. Be assured that your comments and feedback are very important. We’re responsible for using the information we gather in a constructive manner to counsel and coach every team member, (me included) toward continuous improvement.
