Carli is awesome! I brought my car in for "the works". I was scheduled with Carli, who was seriously awesome. I only waited a couple minutes for her to check me in-and I brought my car in for "the works". I was scheduled with Carli, who was seriously awesome. I only waited a couple minutes for her to check me in-and I was late so my fault. She immediately noticed that my windshield wipers were missing a part, and then realized that they were the wrong wipers for my car despite having purchased them at Klaben in 2018. (I had been in for a couple services since they were installed, and this was the first time someone noticed they weren't right.) She made sure they were replaced with the correct size and didn't charge me. She then let me know that because my car was at 75,000 miles it is due for a major check-up of sorts, but I wasn't pressured to scheduled it that second. She assured it could wait until summer or fall, and gave me an estimate of cost and time. She then asked if I had a loyalty card-I realized that I was given one by another service member as a thank you/apology a while ago, but I hadn't used it. Carli said it would save me money on the service I was having done today, along with things in the future. She then discovered that the loyalty card was never activated. Rather than make me wait at her desk for her to fix it, she had me head to the waiting room while she took care of that issue. She was great. She fixed issues I didn't know I had, didn't worry me about the next service appointment, and I didn't wait long for my car either. Thank you!! More
