I went in for an oil change, but upon further investigation needed a tie-rod, which was luckily covered by my Klaben extended service plan. I waited for the car and Klaben fulfilled their time promise and got me back on the road safe and sound in less than (2) hours. Also, their waiting room is well equipped with a few light snacks, beverages, TV and free wi-fi. I have been buying from Klaben and having my cars serviced by Klaben for the past (7) years.
