Rewarding Experience I was at Quick Lanes getting a regular oil change with tire rotation. They called my attention to the excessive tread wear on my 2015 Goodyear tires. Since the tires had a 70,000 mile warranty and I had only put 30,000 on them, I went back to where I purchased them...no coverage. They suggested I go back to the dealership to have the suspension checked out. As soon as I met Mike, he knew what the problem was--driving on overinflated tires. That made sense. My 2007 Fusion had old changes every 3,000-4,000 miles. My 2013 Escape only required oil changes every 6,000 miles so they weren't adjusted as they should have been. As a widow, what did I know? Mike and I made a plan--a new tire, tire rotation and alignment and have the pressure checked often. The Escape Titanium I got was supposed to have 4 Wheel drive but I had gotten stuck several times and found it wasn’t 4 Wheel drive. Nate talked to his manager and scheduled an appointment. To make along story short he was able to get me in another Escape SEL meeting my needs. I can’t thank him enough for his help. We love our new Ford. More

In the midst of my changing decisions about what car and when I would upgrade and trying to figure out a budget, let’s just say I was scatter brained. However through it all, Chris Volk at Klaben was so helpful and understanding with me. After finishing all of the decision making i had to complete the paper work and Christine made it so easy and effortless for me. These two were life savers for me during his hectic time and i am so going to go through them again and again!
