I've known Doug for a while from my wife purchasing two cars from him on separate occasions within the last several years, but it was great for me to work with him directly and get to know him better. He talked to me to understand what I wanted in general, and then provided several options for me to evaluate. I felt he looked out for my interests and needs. During the pickup of my vehicle today, he spent adequate time going through everything so I felt comfortable driving it away.
