GREAT servce. I leased my second Escape from Klaben with the help of Louis. Louis took care of everything quickly and without any problems. The finance people invo I leased my second Escape from Klaben with the help of Louis. Louis took care of everything quickly and without any problems. Mostly the best 99% if the time Klaben Ford Service is excellent with absolutely no complaints. This visit everything was excellent however my usual tech was not available which was fine but then the tech I was assigned was not available at a particular time that was needed and I had to deal with a third tech.
