Many car troubles looked at with no hassle - great service I went in for an oil change as well as to get my car looked at for a transmission issue. The staff was very friendly from the start. Even though it wa I went in for an oil change as well as to get my car looked at for a transmission issue. The staff was very friendly from the start. Even though it was a little disappointing to have a transmission/clutch issue so early in my car's life, this is not the fault of the staff there. I took my car in on a Saturday and it was ready to go by Monday before close. The clutch issue was under warranty. They applied my discount to the oil change automatically. They also took a look at an issue I had with wind noise and added insulation at no charge. The service people noted the alignment was off on my back wheels. While that was an expense I was not prepared for, I also could not be completely surprised with all the pot holes in the area. They fixed all those different issues very quickly. They also were able to get me in a rental vehicle during the weekend with no hassle at all. More

Nate was professional, helpful, attentive, and so pleasant throughout the entire experience. I never felt pressured only well taken care of. I wanted some specific safety features and Nate searched the inventory and found 3 Escapes that fully met my criteria. He emailed me links of all three so I could decide which one would best fit my needs. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. I ended up buying a beautiful red Escape. When I picked up the car, Nate continued to be helpful and attentive- helping me put in my radio presets and showing me all the features of my new car. I couldn’t be happier with my new Escape or the service I got from Nate at Klaben. I would gladly recommend him and Klaben to anyone. More
