Once we had a deal, I show up to the dealership to pick up my car, my sales person was Stacey she met me with a friendly smile. Stacey did a great job having all my paper work complete and my insurance agent called and she even had my new insurance card for my new fusion. We took a few cars out and I really liked the Fusion that I drove. It was fairly priced, and I knew this because I had done A LOT of research online about these cars prior to stopping at Klaben Ford that day. I went home and slept on it and returned the following day to purchase the car, it was used, but had low mileage and was just what I needed. Chuck was friendly, fun and very knowledgeable, but not pushy. Amanda helped me with the paperwork and financial part of the sale, she was also very down to earth and friendly. I would recommend Klaben Ford to my friends and family who are looking to buy a car. More
