I rented a car it was a Lincoln... after I returned the Lincoln I decided to call Klaben Ford which is across the street from my job.... Stacy Dennis was the person I ended up talking... I told her my story that I've always wanted a Lincoln and that I had a picture of a MK X sitting in my office for six years..... She asked me a few questions, I sent pictures of my car that I had at the time,she sent me pictures of the Lincoln that was sitting in the show room.... After work I was across the street at Klaben Ford... Stacy what can I say about her I can say now that she was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have her number I can call or text her anytime and ask her questions about my car still to this day which is been a year later ... Mike Urbania is Awesome! We purchased a Ford Edge from Klaben this past weekend. Mike knew that we were coming from Cleveland which is over an hour drive for us to view the SU We purchased a Ford Edge from Klaben this past weekend. Mike knew that we were coming from Cleveland which is over an hour drive for us to view the SUV and he made a point to have it ready. When we decided to make the trip again to purchase the vehicle, he had the Edge ready again and even set up our home address in the navigation system so we could get back on the road as quickly as possible. He knew that we had to bring our toddler with us so this was great! Just great attention to detail and the needs of my family when helping us find the right vehicle for us. Super smooth Well I found a truck they had I was interested in. Made my first contact late nite and by morning had a call from Mike Urbania. We conversed back and forth thru text messaging that day. We talked once on the phone and then put a agreed deal together thru texting. Folloing day I drove 525 miles and di my inspection and was out the door with the truck. I did do a trade and was satisfied with that. Mostly working with Mike was great. He is sharp and on his game for sure. I had a smoother experience with Mike 525 miles away than with my local dealer. I will drive 525 miles again. More
