I brought my recently purchased 2017 Ford Edge in for it's first oil change, which was taken care of with no issues. I also reported an issue with a noise coming from the passenger side when the vehicle it's first oil change, which was taken care of with no issues. I also reported an issue with a noise coming from the passenger side when the vehicle which was diagnosed as some sort of issue with a shield under the vehicle. The service center associate verified that the repair would be covered at no charge and ordered the part. He then contacted me with the next day or so to schedule time to get the repair completed as the part had come in already. More
