Your 5 star responses to customer service, quality of work, and friendliness are greatly appreciated. Naturally, what gets my attention are the comments regarding your brakes and subsequent repair you had done elsewhere. The fact that we put you in a position to question our integrity is unacceptable and I truly apologize for doing so. We are better than what you experienced on this visit. Our organization is not in a position of needing every dollar that we can get today. Our business model is based on creating customers for life, and when we deliver an experience that goes against our model, we take it seriously and address it accordingly on all fronts.
