I had my bumper replaced after I was rear ended. I had also scheduled for my windows to be tinted by another local business. Brandon went above and beyond and while having my car at Klaben he made sure t also scheduled for my windows to be tinted by another local business. This took a lot of the stress and hassle away from me. Upon picking my car up at Klaben it was also detailed very nicely. I would definitely refer customers and use again myself if needed. Had my truck in for repair to back panel and light. The job was completed a day earlier than mentioned and is absolutely awesome! Can’t see where original paint begins and ends! As a side note, when I take my truck in for service I never have them wash it for fear of scratching etc., but when I pulled in to pick it up, it was shining like a star! Beautiful! Also, this was an insurance claim so I was thinking it’ll be a hassle. Nope! Brandon’s knowledge and experience made the entire transaction as simple as breathing air! And I can’t go without saying that when I had this truck in for roof rattling…Klaben service once again worked diligently to correct the sunroof…again…note to Ford, you really should work on a better design on the sunroofs. This is a continuous issue. One of which I refuse to pay out of pocket just because your design is faulty. But Klaben service gets it repaired each time! They’re great!
