Every time i visit their service department I have an excellent experience. All of the service advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. I generally try to work with Mona Crooks. She is outstanding. I had one of my vehicles in a while back and it needed several things done. Mona brought in the manager and he advised on what needed addressed first and what could wait so I could choose based on my budget. Keep up the outstanding service Klaben!! More

Brought my f250 in for a oil change and tire rotation. Mike Branvold greeted with a smile and a good morning. He asked if there where any concerns I stated my heated seat was acting up, he wanted to make Mike Branvold greeted with a smile and a good morning. He asked if there where any concerns I stated my heated seat was acting up, he wanted to make a separate appointment for that stating he was having the oil change team due the service, I said no problem. We looked at the calendar and found a date what a guy making sure the right people do the work. While standing there Chris Moldas showed up and said come to sales and let me buy you a cup of coffee while you wait. We talked new and used trucks. After not to long at all mike called said we are done. Also wanted to get a test sample of oil and mike was on top of it. Klaben is the best dealership period. More

It was time for a oil change. Made my appointment a couple weeks in advance, but of course the holidays had me crunched for time, asked mike Brandvold how long and if I could have it in a couple of hou couple weeks in advance, but of course the holidays had me crunched for time, asked mike Brandvold how long and if I could have it in a couple of hours. Mike gave the look I said dude it’s the holidays he said of course he could get it done. We’ll just a tad over an hour it was done. I barley had enough time to finish my coffee with my salesman Chris Moldas aka awesomeness maximumus. Mike was busy joe French checked me out every thing was great. The best family dealership around.
