I also appreciate the positive comments regarding Brandon Brinko and your experience with him at the body shop. I apologize for the experience at the service department not being on the same level. We coach, counsel and train every day on how to deliver the type of experience that customers should expect from the Klaben organization. We failed you on part of your visit. No excuses.
