Excellent with the Body Shop and dealing with Brandon Brink. I have given the rating I have based on the service that Brandon Brinko provided me. He did what he said he would do and kept in touch with me by pho I have given the rating I have based on the service that Brandon Brinko provided me. He did what he said he would do and kept in touch with me by phone. He speed up the repair on my vehicle and got it back to me in less time than had originally been quoted trying to make up with the proverbial ball being dropped by the Service Department. I am not going into detail on that, other than to say I had been in for regular service on 6/20. Service agreed with me that I needed a new steering column. They would order it and I was then supposed to bring the car in for service and they would take it to the body shop for the work needed done there. I got word from service that my steering column was in last Wednesday 7/10, so am I to assume that it took 20 days to get the steering column in for a 2017 vehicle and only 3 days for a stabilizer bar that goes under the car just behind the front passenger seat. I brought my car over on Sunday 7/14 and left it at the service department as it would be need to be kept over night. I received a call on Monday at 5 PM saying service was done with the car and they were taking it over to the body shop Monday. I called Brandon at 8:30 Tuesday morning and he did not have the my car nor had he heard from service about it. This would be okay if it had been the first time, but this was only the final of many supposed calls from the service department to the body shop that never took place. Pretty good In regards to the service center, Mario and Brandon are excellent. No complaints. In regards to the sales department, i feel like the salesmen are just about making money, dishonest, and dont care if they screw you over. Ill go here for service but ill never buy a vehicle from here. More

Excellent from start to finish My car broke down and we found out with the help of Sean that most of the repairs were under factory warranty. My car was taken to Klaben on Friday an My car broke down and we found out with the help of Sean that most of the repairs were under factory warranty. My car was taken to Klaben on Friday and ready for pickup on Monday. They not only replaced the parts that had malfunctioned, but they also replaced the door latches and gas tank seal because there were factory warranties on those as well. Their customer service is excellent and I felt that I could trust Sean and Mike. They kept in contact with me every step of the way. More

Excellent effort on a difficult problem I had a problem with air conditioning that was not simple to solve (other service providers were unable to solve the issue). Great service experience Took my 2004 F150 in to rebuild rear end. Service completed in a timely manner for $200 less than the original estimate .
