The bright spot of getting in an accident in my 2017 Ford F-350 King Ranch was getting to meet and work with Brandon and the folks at Klaben Ford Collision Center. The guy who towed my truck from the acci F-350 King Ranch was getting to meet and work with Brandon and the folks at Klaben Ford Collision Center. The guy who towed my truck from the accident also does body work and he said if it were his, the only place he would send it would be Klaben. Working with Brandon was a real pleasure. I got the vibe early on that he was going to treat the truck like it was his own, and he definitely did! Throughout the duration of the repairs, Brandon would call to provide updates, and whenever I called him, he never made you feel like you were a bother. Brandon made a not-so-pleasant situation of being without a truck that you use for work a little more pleasant. Not one time did I question whether I made the right choice of where I sent it or whether the right people had their hands on it. The truck sustained damage to the aluminum body as well as mechanical damage. The day I picked it up from Klaben it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. Better yet, it drove just like it always did. I would highly recommend Brandon and the repair guys at Klaben for their professionalism, knowledge, and high degree of skill. Klaben Auto Stores Service Dept. and Collision center has always taken great care of my auto service needs. They always "get it right" no matter what my needs are. However this time it took several tries and always taken great care of my auto service needs. They always "get it right" no matter what my needs are. However this time it took several tries and a few extra days to accomplish this task. In the end all was perfect but it proved frustrating that so much was missed when I was called to the shop to pick up vehicle.It took several extra days to fix the things that were overlooked and needed changes and additional attention. In the end they got it right but should have had it right the first time! I will always return to them as they are professional and stand behind their work 100%. More
