I had a previous issue with klaben Jeep service department and was contacted by mike, he’s a genuine and honest gentleman who listened to my concerns and complaints. He told me he wanted to help f department and was contacted by mike, he’s a genuine and honest gentleman who listened to my concerns and complaints. He told me he wanted to help fix my issue with my vehicle, he got me in contact with Kim Rafferty from the Jeep service department, Kim did an excellent job providing information to me and explaining and recommending what service needed done . Excellent job by Kim, Mike and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. My wife liked the Jeep Compass I was given for a loner vehicle, we’ll have to getting her one before too long with klaben. I went to Klaben for a oil change, and tire rotation, i was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned was very satisfied. and one of the service women named Kim Wolfman checked my battery, we got to talking about my dislikes about the car, i mentioned the seatbelts were all different in the ford escapes, because my seatbelt extenders wont work in my new 2020 and i was told by the salesman who sold me the car that ford does not give them to you free anymore and they cost 100.00 apiece now, and she got on the phone and talked to someone and ordered me one for the front seat and one for the back seat at no cost to me, boy was i shocked and happy, i love her, because i did not want to spend 100.00 for a seatbelt extender. More

Service took care of a problem we had with the work we had done. They repaired a problem with the windshield wipers. The next day they didn't work again. We took the car back and they found a differen had done. They repaired a problem with the windshield wipers. The next day they didn't work again. Lots that needed fixed on my car that is 8 years old. Worked with Sean Bradford on costs and he gave me abetter price than originally told to fix the necessary safety problems. Still needed A/C compressor fixed and decided to wait on that since summer almost over. Sean has written up a quote for me to come back to later next summer. My husband who is fairly handy and has fixed cars before decided to Google the problem. Found that compressors rarely go bad. Suggestion on YouTube to look at the fuse. So my husband did that and found it is the fix. A/C compressor working. Bought the recharge kit at autozone for 40, replaced the fuse (no leak in the line as originally told) and saved 1,000. Husband says they 100% tries to take advantage of my being a woman. Ugh. Want to like bringing my car there bc it's close and easy but I just don't trust them. More
Mike Brandvold does it again. My daughters escape needed it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn it’s first service after we bought it used from(Awesomeness Maximus Chris Moldas) and noticed the brakes pulsating. When I dropped it off Tom Alcorn took a drive with me and said yep something wrong with rear brakes. Sure enough one of the calipers was locked up. Mike made it right new rotors and pads freed up the caliper at no cost. WhatA team up there or should I say family that’s how you get treated just like family. Oh and he had it done in half a day that’s A great plus. More
