You did not fix my car and the problem was a recall. You could not find anything wrong on the diagnostic system, but you did not bother to look up the recall and then my car engine stopped working while You could not find anything wrong on the diagnostic system, but you did not bother to look up the recall and then my car engine stopped working while driving two days later. Luckily I was not on the highway when my engine failed that could have been fatal. Another dealership fixed the issue and stated you must not know what you are doing. More

Service Rep. had my car washed for me. I drove over from Quick Lane to do a price comparison. I was not happy because I did not receive a car wash and I also wanted Joe French to review I drove over from Quick Lane to do a price comparison. I was not happy because I did not receive a car wash and I also wanted Joe French to review my charges which were more than I expected. He said he would have charged about the same. Another Service Rep. offered to get my car washed and of course I said "OKay". I told Joe I would just come back to him when my Mountaineer need servicing again. No problem. I just needed the car washed due to a fly over of a few birds! More

As ususal, Mona took excellent care of me. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Mona used my loyalty points to get me a great discount on the service. Also, I was notified that I needed a new air filter and they took care of that need. I will be moving out of state, but all of my experiences with Klaben Ford have been great. Doug Carter has been an excellent help in the sales department. Christine Klaben took good care in getting us an excellent rate in the purchase of our Lincoln MKX. And, most of all, Mona Crooks always looked out for our best interest when we needed service on our cars. I only hope that we can find the same kind of service in our new location. Service Mike and his team went above and beyond…as always! Even deciphering my note of what was wrong with my truck. Not an easy task!!!! Mike came in under Mike and his team went above and beyond…as always! Even deciphering my note of what was wrong with my truck. Not an easy task!!!! Mike came in under my husbands estimate on price (always a good thing!) and quicker than I thought to finish, even with ordering parts. Everyone in service department is very friendly and looks out for each other's customers. I think I was asked by everyone passing if I had been helped yet. Always a good feeling dropping off your truck and being in a positive and friendly environment. More
